This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me return my forgotten earphones. Holly was awesome at check-in, too. I’m coming back for a new year!

I recently stayed at Springhill Suites for a graduation, and it exceeded my expectations. The spacious room offered comfort after a long day, and the breakfast selection impressed me. Only downside? The location was slightly distant from downtown. Still, the experience was good overall.

The queen studio was super spacious with a sofa, flat-screen TV, and coffee machine. Loved the clean private bathroom and comfortable bedding. Breakfast was excellent, with a lot of choices. The staff was always around to help, and the area felt safe, especially with good lighting in the parking lot.

However, the room was a bit smaller than expected for a king-size studio. The mattress felt thin, and I could feel the wood platform underneath, which made for a rough night's sleep. The hotel is a bit far from downtown Athens, which I didn't realize until I got there. Thankfully, it was near shopping areas. Holly at the front desk was awesome and helped me with a coffee maker issue. Despite the nice amenities, the overall experience didn't meet my expectations because of the mattress and room size.
